You can't wash it off. This goes without saying as most people who have permanent makeup understand very well how difficult it is to remove these things from your body. So if you have one eyebrow and then get another one tattooed, you pretty much have to live with them on your face for the rest of your life (in addition to the fact that they'll look terrible).

The long haul. Having a permanent blush placed on your face is the most expensive option here, and that's before you realize it's not just a one-time deal. Your roots will keep growing until they reach the upper lash line so you'll have to add more blushes every time your natural coloring begins to fade.

You can't remove them without surgery. You might be able to do something with one or two, but if you start adding more, then it will become harder to do this for yourself and you'll end up needing a surgeon to remove them for good (which is probably an even worse look than what you're already getting).
